Rakesh is a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecom Engineering and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development as well as Commercial functions in the IT industry. Rakesh has worked for Wipro Infotech and ACI in various senior roles before founding Icon Resources in 1999.
Padmanabhan M. – Director, Operations & Finance
Padmanabhan is the co-founder of the Icon Resources Group and is a graduate in Economics as well as a Chartered and Cost Accountant. He has worked for organizations like TI Group, Larsen and Toubro and American Components Singapore before co-founding Icon Resources.
Chandan Roy - Director, Sales & Marketing
Chandan is a Science graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has over 18 years of IT experience in sales & marketing in the IT solutions and services space. Chandan has worked with organizations like Modi Olivetti, Zenith Computers and Samtech Infonet.
Mrinal Kumar – Head - Solutions
Mrinal is a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and is currently pursuing his MBA from Manchester Business School (UK). He has over 6 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. He has worked with organizations like Fujitsu, Eli Lilly, JTB and Griffin before joining the Icon Resources Group.
Sandip Naik - Business Head - West India
Sandip is an Engineering graduate with more than 19yrs of rich experience in IT sales and Marketing and has worked across customer segments from dealers, OEMs, corporates, government bodies and also end users. This allows him to relate to the various facets of customer requirements. Before joining Icon Resources, Sandip has worked with AMD India, eSys Distribution and Nebula Technologies.
Sudhir Kumar Singh – Business Head – North India
Sudhir is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with a passion to satisfy customers and to get them best possible outcomes in a cost conscious and timely manner. He has 4 years of rich experience in sales and marketing in the Enterprise space.
