In addition to providing support for Business Intelligence, Content Management and Business Process Management solutions developed by us , we also provide product as well as application support for deployments and applications developed by third parties.

Our experienced support teams at all locations where we are present provide telephonic, e-mail and on-site support for product as well as application related issues. We also help to liaise with our product partners for solutions to bugs and critical product related support issues. Most of our support consultants are certified by our product partners.

Clients covered under our support plans are provided access to our web-based Support Tracking System where they can log in support requests and keep themselves appraised on the progress.

We pride ourselves on our fast turn-around time and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
