ActionMails can be found in the ActionBox folder in Outlook along with information of any tasks assigned by, or to, the user. Each ActionMail contains all updates and files, and also the complete status of each subsequent action along with full history and audit trail. This helps users to drill down and see the entire human workflow evolving.

Managing and tracking actions within Microsoft Word documents like minutes of meeting, discrepancy reports etc. can be easily achieved through ActionDocs.

ActionDocs are normal word documents with additional ability for document authors to define the process, assign actions, initiate execution and follow up progress - all from within the document itself. When an ActionDoc is published, the process along with its actions are automatically extracted from the ActionDoc and automatically assigned and distributed to the relevant assignees.
