Our customer is a leading healthcare manufacturer of various healthcare products; It employs approximately 116,200 people worldwide, and is engaged in the manufacture and sale of a broad range of products in the health care field in many countries of the world. Its primary interest, both historically and currently, has been in products related to health and well-being.
Its commitment to innovative health care products has resulted in consistent financial performance.
Due to its aggressive global M&A strategy, with a new acquisition every five or six months, it was crucial to integrate information from the newly acquired entities for seamless transition. It was an enormous challenge for IT to synthesize data from a myriad of different systems, as well as for management to get a true and real-time picture of performance.
