Rakesh is a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecom Engineering and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 17 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial functions in the IT industry. Rakesh has worked for Wipro Infotech and ACI in various senior roles before promoting Icon Resources in 1999.


Chandan Roy - Director, IT Solutions & Services

Chandan is a Science graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He has over 16 years of IT experience in sales & marketing in the IT solutions and services space. Chandan has worked with organizations like Modi Olivetti, Zenith Computers and Samtech Infonet and heads the IT solutions & services business at Icon Resources.


Koushik Sarkar – Director (Technical)

Koushik is a graduate in Petroleum Engineering and a post graduate in management. He has sixteen plus years of experience in pre-sales, sales, technology and business analysis and has worked for companies like CMC, Ramco Systems, i-flex, Hummingbird, Satyam, HP and Oracle (Hyperion).

Koushik is overall responsible for all pre-sales, consulting, training, support and project management activities.


Loy Tsu Ee – General Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Loy is a Business graduate with a Bachelor in Business Administration(Major in Marketing). He has over 10 years of IT experience in sales & marketing in the Solutions and Consulting business. Loy has worked for organizations like Exact Software and Lawson Software prior to joining Icon.


Pankaj Lamba – General Manager, Distribution Business

Pankaj is a Science graduate with over 11 years of IT experience in the IT sales domain. He has valuable experience of the Global IT distribution business and has handled pretigious international clients during his tenure with Icon Resources. He worked with LanBit India prior to joining Icon Resources in 2001.
