- Handling the entire sales cycle from start to closure of the case (ERP, CRM, BI, BPM, HPM, CMS, workflow and e-Forms products)
- Prepare self-action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Creation of new key accounts.
- Understanding the market potential.
- Understanding clients processes and position product correctly
- Should take the initiative and create opportunities to drive more business from the clients
- Readily articulate a comprehensive understanding of solutions/services offerings to a client’s critical business issues
- Creating and maintaining Database of prospective clients
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Managing and maintaining a relationship with key MNC and Government customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
